BP-SAC2131B is a high-end, large capacity data backup system designed to hold up to three 3.5” SATA or SAS Hard Drives. Its aluminum housing and 80mm rear cooling fan keeps the unit function at its optimal capacity. It is an ideal solution for internal server RAID and JBOD applications. It supports SATA and SAS drives with data transfer rates of up to 3G and 6G respectively. Its unique design strategically utilizes only two 5.25” drive bay slots to house three 3.5” drives for maximum space-saving. Multiple LED indicators show the power, fan status and individual drive’s activity. Parallel connection to other SAS devices is not applicable. (SAS raid control function require 4 or more SAS HDDs. No HDD minimum limitation on SATA raid control function.)
