*This is used to connect from onboard or controller card with 7pin discrete SATA connector to your SAS or SATA hard drive. If using with SAS hard drive, your onboard or host bus adapter / controller card need to support SAS.

**Comes with 4-pin Power connector. If you need it for SATA Power connectors, please get the 4-to-15pin power cable to go along with it.
