  1. How can I place an order on your website?

            You can place an order with us by adding products to the shopping cart, checking out and making payment using the method you selected (See payment methods). If you have trouble with the shopping cart and like to submit an order by email, you can email us directly at sales@scsi4me.com with your order. We will ship your order once payment is received and cleared or approved using your selected shipping method. Exception to this will be if you choose to use COD (cash on delivery), which we will confirm with you by email or by phone before shipping.
           
  2. I am an international customer, how can I place an order with scsi4me?

            For international orders, we accept most orders under $500 through PayPal. For larger orders, we will require secure payments either through Western Union, international money order or wire/ bank transfer. 

    You can start by letting us know what you like to order by using the shopping cart or email us directly at sales@scsi4me.com with the item/quantity and shipping address. 

    If using the shopping cart, during checkout, in the Delivery Information page, you can either select the UPS shipping quotes provided or use "Request International shipping quote". If using "Request International shipping quote", you will not be charge the shipping until we have a chance to email you the shipping quote and you review and let us know what shipping method to use. In the Payment Information page, you can select either "Check/Money Order" or Paypal. If paying by Paypal, you can make full or partial payment depending on the shipping method selected in the Delivery Information page.  If "Check/Money Order" option is selected, we will email you a shipping quote and once agreed on the shipping method, we can either send you a Paypal payment request or any other information required to complete payment.
            
  3. What kind of payment do you accept?

            We accept payments either by Google Checkout, PayPal, credit cards, check, or money order. Western union money order, international money order or wire transfer is required for international customers.
     
    Google Checkout:  Google Checkout is our preferred method for payment. Google Checkout is a free service for buyers. With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from stores across the web with your credit card and track all your orders and shipping in one place.

    PayPal: PayPal is a FREE, safe and secure payment service for buyers. If you choose PayPal, you will be able to pay with either PayPal funds, credit card, or eCheck from your paypal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be taken to the PayPal website to sign up for their free service and make the payment using a credit card. Note that you need to use PayPal confirmed address for shipping or else the payment will be rejected.

    Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can use your credit card by selecting one of the following payment  methods: Google Checkout, PayPal (see above), Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, or Credit Card Transaction by Fax. If using Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to the eProcessing Network to process your credit card securely. Note: If you have problem paying with  your credit card through either PayPal or eProcessing, please give us a call at 703-372-1195 with your credit card number or fill out the credit card authorization form and fax it to us for manual process.

    Check: We accept personal or company check. However, we will only ship the order once it is cleared from the bank which takes 7-10 days. If you want us to ship immediately, please use cashier's check / money order, PayPal or credit card.

    Money Order/Cashier's Check: Postal or Western Union money order preferred. We will ship your order as as soon as we receive your payment.

     

  4. What can I do if I am having problem with paying with my credit card?

        If you are trying to pay with your credit card using the "Secure Online Credit Card Transaction" payment method and your credit card is declined, please contact us at 703-703-372-1195 immediately. The most common reasons for the declined credit card transaction include: (1) invalid credit card number; (2) incorrect expiration date; (3) incorrect billing address; or (4) incorrect CVV2 number. Please make sure you have entered correct information. In rare cases, the credit card is declined because the billing address is a PO Box. 

   5.    What's the benefit of using Paypal?

        PayPal is a free, safe and secure service for buyers. You can pay any seller's who accept PayPal through your  PayPal account with your credit cards, paypal funds, or eCheck (money from your bank account). You will not have to give your credit card number to every seller that you buy from. It will take 2 minutes to signup for Paypal and if you complete the verification process, PayPal will even credit you $5.

   6.    When will my my order be shipped?

        We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed/cleared before 3:00PM EST will usually be shipped on the same day. If you are in a rush, you can email us at sales@scsi4me.com or call us at 703-372-1195 to confirm whether or not we can ship your order on the same day.

    7.   Estimated Delivery Time: (USA only)

Your order's Total Delivery Time = (Time to Process Order) + (Time in Transit)
Time in Transit will depend on originating warehouse.

   8.   What is your return policy?

        You can return the products within 14 days of purchase. Please read the return policy under Terms&Conditions in Sales Policy for further details. 

   9.   What kind of warranty do you have for your products?

        We warrant all our products against DOA (dead on arrival) for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After 14 days, please contact manufacturer for warranty services. Please see further details here. Also please see under specific product description for further details on product condition and product specific warranty.
