| Warranty
Information |
A 14-day exchange warranty is applied to all products sold by
SCSI4ME.COM unless otherwise stated. We will either replace the defective
item(s) or refund payment at our discretion. After the initial 14 days,
please contact manufacturers for warranty services.
Please note, SCSI and
RAID are complicated and sometimes could be frustrating. Incorrect
configurations and bad compatibility are the major sources of non-working
SCSI system. We guarantee our products are not defective, but that doesn't
guarantee you will not have any problem in your installation and usage. If
you return a "defective" product which turns out in working
order, a 15% fee will be charged and the product will be sent back to you.

| Doubts
on Used or Pulled Items? |
Please
be ensured all used or pulled items are rigorously tested before we put
them for sale. In most cases, those used or pulled items are as good as
new items, while at much cheaper prices.

| Return
Policy |
A
25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. You may return any
merchandise purchased on-line through scsi4me.com within 14 days of
purchase, provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.
After 14-days, all sales are final. Before returning
anything to us, you first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) by filing
a RMA request. A RMA is valid for 14 days.
Any returns mailed
to us without a pre-approved RMA number may be refused without notice,
automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed.
The serial number
of the returned merchandise must match our record in order to qualify for
any refund. Otherwise, the merchandise will be sent back to you at your
own cost.
You will be
responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless
otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, you will be
responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise
in it original condition in conformity with this policy, we will issue the
refund to your PayPal account or credit card if you used them for payment,
or otherwise we will send you a company check. Allow 14 days (not
including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your Product
for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for
Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or
accessories. Also note that shipping/handling fee is not refundable.

| Payment
Methods |
Google Checkout is our preferred method for payment. Google
Checkout is a free service for buyers. You can also utilize our real-time,
secure online credit card processing system if you want to pay credit card
directly without going through Google Checkout. We also accept PayPal, wire
transfer, money order, cashier's check, personal check, and company check. For personal
check and company check, we will hold your order until the check clears.
Please contact us for payment
instructions if you would like to send a money order or check. For
international orders, wire transfer, or international money order are
required. Paypal eCheck which draws funds directly from your bank account
is also acceptable.

| Shipping
Charge |
Unless
otherwise specified, we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $12 for
each domestic order. FedEx and UPS are the major carriers we use. However,
we reserve the rights to use any other carriers or shipping methods.
Second day and overnight delivery is also available at extra expense. If
your order is placed before 2pm (EST), it usually will be shipped the same
business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day.
International buyers please contact us
about the estimated shipping cost before you place an order.

Stock |
The
products listed under each categories will have at least one or more
available. In case we are out of stock, we will either replace it with
another product at your consent or refund your money. If you would like to
buy in multiple quantity, you can email us
to confirm that we have the quantity you want before making the purchase. |

EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY
ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. SCSI4ME WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR
CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED
TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, SCSI4ME IS NOT LIABLE OR
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT
PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
